Running AI infrastructure seriously means more than calling APIs. A privately operated multi-node inference environment handling 70B+ parameter models locally on Apple Silicon, with custom RAG pipelines, a unified API gateway, and full integration across development tools, creative software, and workflow automation. Broadcast system design and build-out, AV infrastructure for event spaces, live event production, digital signage strategy, virtual event platforms, production consulting.
Five years at AT&T/Xandr as Director of Production & Technology meant responsibility for both the software platforms and the physical event technology across multiple New York offices. Spaces were taken from architect brief through operational handoff; live events ran with video switching, camera control, and full lighting and audio.

Topic selection and article approval are deliberate editorial decisions; the pipeline handles trend detection, brief generation, product validation, draft generation, quality scoring, GPT-based editorial review, affiliate link injection, and publishing. Revenue streams: affiliate commissions, display advertising, sponsored content. Infrastructure spans Vercel, Supabase, a VPS, and local Apple Silicon inference nodes running 70B+ parameter models. Custom electronic medical records platform for a group of mental health clinics. Built modular survey and data plotting system, PBX/REST integration for patient communication via SMS, detailed pharmacy tracking and auditing, and comprehensive doctor and nurse notes. Led architecture, engineering, and DevOps for a high-traffic e-commerce platform serving thousands of customers in the beauty and medical products space. AR iOS experience using iPhone X LiDAR and face tracking to animate a custom 3D Santa model with the user's facial expressions and movements. Included voice recording with lip-sync animation and a karaoke feature.
Technology direction for a multipurpose event space and live production studio featuring a custom 40′ × 9′ modular display running the length of the stage, with an integrated pre-function space. Responsible for all broadcast and technology specifications to architect and integrator, equipment sign-off, space design consulting, and operational team leadership post-launch.
Multipurpose client-facing space demonstrating AT&T AdWorks products and services through interactive experiences including touchscreens, VR, connected car, home of the future, and more. Responsible for all interactive experience development and maintenance, hardware and network management, and live broadcast production.
